Mostly finished exterior repairs/renovations

Front rails can't go in until the brick steps are fixed.
We are still trying to get the brick work under contract.

Sometime in the next several months we will probably paint the front door, which is still brown.  I am leaning toward painting the front door white, but Shawn would like a color.

Back steps ... supporting posts and poles will be painted and/or sealed by Shawn and I (probably white) at some point before the wood burrowing insects come to life.

Back deck/screened in porch

We still need to paint the ceiling of the front porch and screened in porch, replace the ceiling fan on the ceiling of the screened in porch and the light fixture on the downstairs back porch.

We also have to paint or replace the window sills and side door on the garage.

Step by step

BUT ... most of it is done and the structure is repaired and safe and solid and it looks good.

I am glad to have this far along!!
