A beautiful day April 11 2017

It was such a good day yesterday, I wanted to make sure I recorded it so I would remember it.

I got up on time, cleaned in the kitchen (dishes, counters, clutter), decluttered the front room and morning room, feed and watered ducks, cat and baby tree, got a shower, and had alone time with my God (bible and prayer). All before starting work at 8:30am.  

Took an early lunch break from my work-work to do devotions with Meggy.

It was so pretty outside, warm but not humid and not too much pollen floating in the atmosphere. We opened the windows and let the fresh air in.

As I worked from my home office, the sunlight, fresh air and peaceful sound of the birds surrounded me. What peace! What renewing energy!

I managed my work-work priorities fairly well (not perfectly - but well enough to be productive). 

Then a attended a good kid ministry potluck, planning meeting and training at church. 

I really like being productive, and with the days getting longer it helps fuel my motivation both for my home priorities, God priorities, work priorities, and ministry priorities.

PLUS that night Megan headed to my house for a short visit.

It was a good day. 

Not a perfect day ...

My thoughts and words strayed to negative as the sun went down ...
I let planning meeting go too long ...
When I got home late, I was hungry and ate late at night, which woke me up, and I stayed up way too late ...

BUT overall it was an EXTREMELY DELIGHTFUL DAY!! I want to remember it!!
