Starting Row 2 of 3: (k2 yo k2tog), (yo k2tog)* until 4 stitches remain (k2tog yo k2)
Starting Row 3 of 3: k*
Body Row 1 of 2: (k2 yo k2tog), (p1, k1)* until 4 stitches remain (k2tog yo k2)
Body Row 2 of 2: k*
repeat these 2 rows until desired length
Last Row 1 of 2: (k2 yo k2tog), (yo k2tog)* until 4 stitches remain (k2tog yo k2)
Last Row 2 of 2: k*
bind off
My row 2 was knitted as [(k2 yo k2tog), (k1 yo k2tog)* until 4 stitches remain (k2tog yo k2)], but I think I like the hole spacing of [(k2 yo k2tog), (p1, k1)* until 4 stitches remain (k2tog yo k2)] better
