The Master Artist also created the simple.

I wonder sometimes is there a place for the simple and less accomplished.  So much talk of reaching for greatness but not everyone was created for "great success" or to be great leaders, some of us were created for "smaller" and simpler things. 

Once again having it pointing out more of what I am not.  It has been a few years of that.  Unchecked, it eats away at my confidence.  But balanced with the knowledge that I was uniquely created by The Master Artist, and knowing that not all created for the same, I can walk this world and through my middle years being confident that the less than great and the little things ... 

*... they matter, they too are essential in the family and kingdom of God.

I am learning to .,, learning that God creates each of us ... Learning to be humble ... Learning to be loving... Learning to honor ... Learning how much ugliness there still is in me... Learning to repent and press on to keep pressing on ... To gratefully 

* ... embrace myself, others, and the path that lies before us, trusting that the Master Artist is working all these things together for His glory and our eternal good.  I am learning to be drawn by love, not pursued by fear, embarrassment and condemnation.  I am learning. 

God is my teacher, best friend, and strong good just and gentle Father.

The Fruit of the Spirit is ... 

love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, 

FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS, and self control. 

God is faithful 

God is gentle (+) 

God is controlled (not rash) disciplined and purposed in His ways (not random not careless).

When I abide in His Love....

The simple act of staying connected (engaged in a two way, giving and receiving kind of way)

The simple act of staying connected will produce His fruit on the branches of our lives.

Will produce faithfulness gentleness and disciplined actions. 

For now I stop striving for the fruit, and focus on the connection. 

"Wash, rinse, repeat" LOL!
