Driving home from church

Do you see what I saw? I like this picture of the reflection in my sunglasses as I sat at a stop sign on my way home from church.

The sun was bright and beautiful and I loved it despite this horrible headache.

This morning I felt "off and foggy" as I got ready for church. As I left for church I was feeling my arm shoulder nerve thing started acting up and my eyes didn't want to stay focused. I shrugged it off as less sleep.  However by the time I arrived at church I had a stabbing severe headache, dizziness, ear pain, eye pain, face pain, watering eye, burning jaw, painful neck and shoulder plus that tight tingle down my arm. This is the entrapped nerve neuralgia pain that I used to get. YUCK!! I'm not sure what brought it on so fast and hard.

I took 3 Advil, an Excredrin, and a sudafed and pressed on. I didn't want to miss being with my church family. I am so glad I stayed. Anointed prayer, powerful spirit-filled worship and a transformative message about being good soil for the seed of the Word.

I was still hurting pretty severely though when service ended and didn't stay for the pine car derby afterward.

A trip to the grocery that took much longer than it should.
Feeling weak and unwell I bought this drink to boost my nutrition.
Boathouse Farms "Daily Greens"
Interesting and tasty but NOT a sweet fruit juice. I'm not sure I will get this again tho'.  Drank it and washed down my second round of Advil.

Now as I write this I lay here resting at home feeling a little better after my second round of OTCs, I am admiring the pretty blue skies on this beautiful sunny "spring forward" Sunday.
