* Justin is home for the weekend. Toney Family dinner out (lunch/dinner) to celebrate 21 years with Justin.
* Art Show at John Tyler
- Finish preparing for Sunday Service (decorating table for communion - preparing to serve Christ and His Body)
Work:
My job description officially changed last week.
My job duties officially changed this week.
I have spent lots of my time preparing for this change, and learning and setting up for my new responsibilities.
Health:
Thursday dentist appointment that turned into 2 root canals - only local - no sedative - yikes - still recovering (physically and emotionally)
Last weekend:
Molly turned 11 - WOW! Good visit - glad we could spend at least the Saturday with her.
Christianity 401:
Pressing in for personal revival - and dealing with the personal resistance that seems to be the immediate reaction to my determination to change. Finding again and again and again, that God is faithful even when I am not. Waiting with anticipation for Him to do the purifying work of refinement... trying hard to find that balance between pressing on and yielding. (a new level of dying to the old self)
My Frustrations:
continuing to disappoint myself and others with my distracted non-self-controlled life.
Me Being Me:
Determined to Find the Joy and many many things right now in this moment to be thankful for.

* a sweet cat named Pepper cuddly and still fun silly cat even at 6 years old
